EBI 2.0 Cohort Site Visit to Wika

As young business owners it was inspiring to see first hand the hard work being done towards the South Pacific Games. The EBI cohort realized that as they plan for the future they must not forget the opportunities the Games will present, and this experience has motivated them to ensure they plan around 2023 alongside their roles in providing the support services needed to make the Games a success.

The way Wika manage people is very relevant for the young business owners and they appreciate the tips and advice provided. Further, Wika's dedication to its vision and values of safety and quality at all times is important as this is something the EBI team are constantly working in their businesses.

The EBI cohort left inspired, motivated and excited for the future of Solomon Islands and believe that change is happening right before their eyes.
