Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• 2 years experience private sector development, business or trade
• Professional level in written and spoken English
• Leadership, people and resource management experiences

Main Duties

• Coordinate strategy implementation
• Engage with local and overseas partners
• Coordinate resource mobilization and fundraising initiatives
• Build and manage key relationships
• Financial management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related
• 2 years experience in similar role
• Professional level in written and spoken English
• Project and events management experiences

Main Duties

• Lead in membership services
• Design and execute members' surveys
• Relationship management
• Develop and execute communication plans
• Manage YECSI's Facebook page, website and work with other communication tools
